Hello and welcome back cherished readers. I just wanted to say how much I love you guys and all the support you give (So much). Hope you’re having a wonderful day! And if you aren’t, here’s some cuteness to make it better…

Anywho, second week of March we spent in Fort Lauderdale, in between Miami and Palm Beach.
First I’ll tackle Miami.
At first we didn’t really want to go here, probably because we are very much missing the mountains and cool air (it’s already warm here), but we decided to go anyway.
Glad we did, because it was really cool! There was a ton of art and Calle Ocho was great (in Little Havana).
In the Design District there were a bunch of brand name shops, but none of them looked like a typical Gucci or Tiffany. The only building code: make it look cool!
Miami proper had tons of art deco style buildings, boosting its appearance of a beachy town.
One more thing, we went to The Salty Donut, supposedly the best donuts in the country.
And yeah, I have to agree with that.

The one in the middle? Tres Leches. It was craze amaze.
For dinner we went to Old’s Havana, an authentic Cuban place on Calle Ocho. We got our own little veranda :)
We ordered a lot of food, and all I managed to get a picture of was the Cuban sandwich (still wasn’t as good as CCQ!). It was all very delicioso and I would go there again.
Now to Palm Beach!
This is one of the nicest cities, not only in Florida, but the entire US. It’s so nice that Trump lives here (with his cute son 😉).
There’s not a ton to do here, we mostly drove through the fancy neighborhoods.
Worth Street is always a must, and it was my kind of place.

We got drinks at Hullabaloo, and Bear was being extra cute.
That there on the left is a pizza pocket (mmm).
So there you go, Miami and Palm Beach. Both different, but distinctly Floridian.
Enjoy yourself today!
