Phoenix Bean and Tracks

If you read my post on Telluride, then you’ll know we ate at two restaurants that day. One, a brunch coffee shop place, was called the Phoenix Bean. Since it was thirteen hundred hours and we still hadn’t eaten anything (yep) we ordered off the (all day) brunch menu. I got a bacon and egg sandwhich, and a waffle to split.
The waffle was definitely as good as it looks.
(We technically went to three places, but Lily only ordered hot chocolate so I don’t really think it counts as food. It was a bookstore/cafe so I did get some books)

And yeah I’m almost done with one of em. Y’all know how I am.
After riding the gondola up to mountain village we ate at a restaurant called Tracks.
I got a BLTA (a lot of bacon today 🤤), Lily got a burrito, and we all got some real dirty nachos.
So not super fancy or anything, but Lil did say it was the best burrito she’d ever had, and she eats a lot of burritos.
Phoenix Bean- 4.0. They were stingy with the bacon (a federal crime in my book), but the waffle almost made up for it.
Tracks- 5.0. No complaints.
Thanks y’all
